Q. When will I receive my office coffee order?
A. We have scheduled delivery dates for all of our customers. To find out your delivery date, please call us at (630)978-2010.
Q. When do I have to have my order submitted by?
A. We ask that all orders are submitted before 10:00a.m. the day before your scheduled delivery day.
Q. How do I submit my order?
A. We ask that you order online or fax us your order at (630)978-5159.
Q. Do you charge a delivery fee?
A. No, part of our service is that we deliver to you for free.
Q. Do you charge rent on the equipment?
A. We do not charge rent on our coffee brewers, but we do charge a monthly rental fee on our water coolers.
Q. How often do you come out and service our machines?
A. Anytime there is a problem with one of our machines, please give us a call and we will send a maintenance technician out right away to fix the problem. We also come out once a year to do a scheduled maintenance on our machines.
Q. What happens if one of our machines breaks down after your office is closed?
A. We provide 24-hour service, seven days a week. If it is before 7:30a.m. or after 4:00p.m. Monday – Friday, please page: (630) 265-6504.
Q. My refund bank is now empty, how do I order another one? A. Please call Stacy Wiora @ (630)978-2010 x812 and leave a message. She will send a new refund bank out with your route driver.
